Precision Filter Meshes are manufactured using advanced photo chemical etching technology, providing burr-free edges, accurate apertures and excellent dimensional consistency. Compared with woven meshes or laser cutting, chemical etching enables highly complex hole patterns without mechanical stress or deformation.

A: We can manufacture holes as small as 0.03mm (30 microns) in diameter, depending on the material thickness.
