Founded in Shenzhen in 2012 with a 2,000㎡ factory, Xinhaisen expanded to 4,000㎡ in 2014 to meet 3C market demand. In 2015, partnerships with BYD and NACHI strengthened its automotive and aerospace business. An 8,000㎡ Dongguan plant opened in 2016. The company entered hydrogen energy in 2019 with a titanium etching line, added stamping and die-cutting in 2021, and integrated diffusion welding and laser cutting for PCHE projects in 2022, becoming a CSSC supplier.
The company operates under a CEO-led structure with a Management Representative. Main departments include Administration, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Quality, PMC, and Marketing.
Engineering handles R&D and design. Production manages dry and wet processes. Quality oversees inspection and control. PMC is responsible for planning and materials. Marketing covers domestic and overseas sales as well as after-sales service.
Founded in 2012, Xinhaisen is a precision metal etching manufacturer based in Shenzhen, with a 7,000 m² production facility and 1,000 m² cleanroom in Dongguan. With 120+ employees and eight automated etching lines, we ensure stable quality and scalable capacity. Certified to ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949, we supply precision meshes, bipolar plates, encoder discs, and custom etched parts worldwide, serving automotive, aerospace, medical, electronics, and renewable energy industries.
