3. Etching Process Flow

Step 1. Substrate Pre-treatment
Remove oil, oxide layer and impurities thoroughly to ensure ultra-clean and flat metal substrate surface, laying a foundation for precise pattern transfer.

Step 6. Stripping & Surface Passivation

Step 7. Ultrasonic Cleaning & Full Inspection
