3. Etching Process Flow

Step 1. Substrate Pre-treatment
Remove oil, oxide layer and impurities thoroughly to ensure ultra-clean and flat metal substrate surface, laying a foundation for precise pattern transfer.

Step 2. Photoresist Coating & Curing
Uniformly coat high-precision photosensitive resist on both sides of the plate, with constant temperature curing to form a dense and uniform protective film.

Step 3. UV Exposure & Pattern Transfer
Transfer custom fuel cell flow channel patterns via high-precision UV exposure system, accurately distinguishing protected and etching areas.

Step 4. Developing & Fixing
Remove unexposed photoresist to expose the target etching area, ensuring clear and neat pattern edges without burrs.

Step 5. Automatic Precision Etching
Adopt imported automatic etching equipment to strictly control solution concentration, temperature and spray pressure, achieving uniform and controllable chemical corrosion for precise flow channel molding.

Step 6. Stripping & Surface Passivation
Completely strip residual photoresist, followed by precision polishing and anti-corrosion passivation treatment to enhance conductivity and durability.

Step 7. Ultrasonic Cleaning & Full Inspection
Multi-stage ultrasonic deep cleaning, followed by full inspection on size, flatness, flow channel consistency and surface quality before packaging.
