Etching Process

We use photochemical (chemical) etching to produce metal mesh:

  • Material Cleaning – Metal sheets are thoroughly cleaned.

  • Lamination – Photoresist film is applied to both sides.

  • Exposure – UV light transfers the mesh pattern onto the film.

  • Development – Unwanted photoresist is washed away.

  • Etching – Exposed metal areas are dissolved by etching solution.

  • Stripping – Remaining photoresist is removed.

  • Inspection & Packaging – 100% quality check before shipment.

This process creates burr-free, stress-free mesh with extremely fine features.
