Round Hole Etched Metal Mesh Overview
Our round hole metal mesh is made by photochemical etching. Hole diameter, spacing, thickness and outer shape can be customized to your drawing. The mesh is made from a single metal sheet, with a solid border for handling and installation.
What is Etching?
Photochemical etching uses a patterned photoresist and chemical etchants to remove selected areas of a metal sheet. It produces fine holes and detailed outlines without cutting heat or mechanical punching force.
