Manufacturing Process

Our beauty needles are fabricated using advanced photochemical etching (PCE), a subtractive manufacturing process ideal for delicate, high-tolerance metal parts.

  • Material Selection & Cleaning: We start with premium surgical-grade stainless steel or other specified alloys, thoroughly cleaned to ensure perfect adhesion of the photoresist.

  • Photoresist Lamination: A light-sensitive polymer film is laminated onto the metal sheet.

  • Precision Exposure: The sheet is exposed to UV light through a high-precision photographic tool, transferring the complex needle array design onto the material.

  • Development & Etching: The unexposed photoresist is washed away, and the unprotected metal is precisely etched away using a controlled chemical bath. This process creates perfectly smooth, sharp edges without mechanical stress or burrs.

  • Stripping & Finishing: The remaining photoresist is removed. Components undergo stringent quality control, including precision cleaning, optional electropolishing for enhanced smoothness, and sterilization-ready packaging.
