Manufacturing Process

A photoresist is then applied and exposed to UV light through a precise phototool of your design. The unexposed areas are developed away, and the exposed nickel is etched away using a controlled chemical solution. Finally, the remaining photoresist is stripped, leaving a burr-free, stress-free part with exact dimensional accuracy.
