Manufacturing Process

  • Design & Tooling: Your CAD design is converted into a digital photo-tool—no expensive hard tooling needed.

  • Cleaning & Lamination: The metal sheet is cleaned and laminated with a light-sensitive photoresist film.

  • Exposure & Development: The photo-tool is used to expose and develop the precise pattern onto the metal.

  • Etching: The panel is sprayed with a chemical etchant that dissolves the exposed metal areas, forming the design.

  • Stripping & Finishing: The resist is removed. Parts are cleaned and undergo finishing (plating, painting, brushing, anodizing).
