Process of Photo Chemical Etching:
- Design Creation: A detailed CAD design is made to define the etching pattern.
- Photoresist Application: A photoresist layer is applied to the metal surface.
- Exposure & Development: The design is exposed to UV light and developed, transferring the pattern.
- Etching: The metal is immersed in a chemical solution that etches away the exposed areas.
- Cleaning: After etching, the component is thoroughly cleaned to remove any residue.
- Inspection: The final product is inspected for precision, quality, and tolerance compliance.
