PCHE (Printed circuit heat exchanger) is a weld-ability, corrosion resistance and plate-type heat exchanger, mainly used in oil and gas industries. A PCHE is manufactured from several corrosion resistance plates that are joined together by diffusion bonding technology.

Advantages on chemical etching Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger (PCHE)
Our chemical etching process removes metal simultaneously, meaning complex channels or flow fields can be etched on both sides of the plate at the same time.
This versatility enables designers to vary the size and shape of channels and incorporate headers, collectors and port features without additional cost.
The photo chemical etching process is a sheet metal machining process that is used to manufacture complex components with high levels of accuracy.
Comprising nine steps, it works by printing the component design onto a photoresist mask which is laminated onto the metal.
The areas of photoresist which have not been printed are developed, exposing the metal, which is subsequently etched away.
